Frequently asked questions about Webhook Guardian pricing

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full Pro features — no credit card required. You can connect your Stripe, Shopify, and GitHub integrations, receive failure alerts, and replay failed events during the trial. At the end of 14 days, choose a plan or your account pauses.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Plan changes are prorated — if you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged only for the remaining days at the new rate. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What counts as an event?
Each webhook delivery attempt counts as one event. If Stripe attempts to send a invoice.payment_failed event and retries it twice after a failure, that counts as three events — the original attempt plus two retries. Events are counted per calendar month and reset on your billing date.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — all plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time and continue using Webhook Guardian until the end of your current billing period. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap.
